- In addition to the below tasks, this role also included a period of supervising the other members of the team – assisting to grow their roles & give them guidance & support in their everyday tasks.
- Online Marketing Assistant responsible for maintaining & enhancing the &Beyond website, as well as analysing traffic & enquiries & assisting in generating leads from the website.
- Managing the online team budget
- Basic Adwords maintenance including Adword monthly budget recon, & monthly analysis of keywords generating leads vs. cost
- Domain Management
- Monitoring of enquiries daily
- Online advertising opportunities – e.g. Luxury Link, on-going analysis & finding opportunities to increase exposure
- Project Managing the development of the &Beyond website & daily content management of the site www.&beyond.com – this included liaising with the copywriters for copy requirements & adding content to relevant pages, resizing & cropping images, uploading images, tagging images & adding captions to images, hyperlinking text to relevant pages for Search Engine Optimization, assigning relationships in the backend, creating & adding plug ins & continuous testing to ensure that all functions are working correctly
- Maintaining the functionalities of the website daily.
- Enhancements of the website – this included relevant online meetings discussing possible enhancements relevant to the market place & implementing them. This also included my own recommendations on enhancements.
