"Creating brand is like loving yourself."
I would suggest a "loved brand" starts from the inside out. It's not about wrapping a company with a great identity or a compelling advertising campaign. It starts with a clear understanding of who you are (as a corporation), what you're working for and why. Then as a group you can go about changing the world, and bringing value to others.
The love comes from that clear self-awareness, and then packaging it in a way that allows others to participate in the brand and its mission. The more you can shift the conversation from "you" to "we," the easier it is to find love.
